Sandy Swan has been in Real Estate for over 12 years and is a licensed broker in both Colorado and Florida. She holds a Master's Degree in Education and began her career as an educator, teaching at the University of Minnesota and the University of Hawaii. While living and working in Florida, Sandy became active in Commercial Real Estate and Land Development. She is also a member of the Luxury Home Institute. With her background in education, Sandy prides herself on educating clients in the Real Estate process whether it is home-buying, selling, relocation strategies, commercial development or investment opportunities.
Sandy volunteers for the Evergreen Animal Protection League and enjoys horseback riding, gardening and hiking through the Colorado Rockies.

Katia LeonyLeon was born and raised in Lima, Peru. With Her University degrees in Corporate Communication & Marketing, she really understands what it takes to Market your home to a wide variety of people and present it in a creative way. With more than 14 years of experience where she has held various leadership positions in Government Agencies, Multinational Corporations & Consulting, she will expertly guide you through the maze of the Colorado purchase contracts. Katia has also spent time as a Professor of Communications at two Universities in Peru. Along with English, Katia is Fluent in Spanish and began her Real Estate Career working with Asset Property Management.
In her free time Katia loves to help out at her local elementary school and serving on the PTA. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter skiing & has a passion for photography and scrapbooking.
Dave Treece - is a Colorado native who has literally ?grown up? in the real estate industry. For upwards of 30 years, his family owned and operated a real estate company in Western Colorado, prompting Dave to study Real Estate and Finance during his college years at the University of Colorado. He acquired the bulk of his sales and marketing expertise from the consumer products industry, working on behalf of major food manufacturers designing and executing local sales promotional events. During this time he also earned an MBA from the University of Denver, in addition to handling personal, family and private real estate transactions.
