Dawn has lived in Colorado since 2006. She discovered her passion for real estate in high school, after working for a brokerage office in Arkansas. She was fortunate, as a child of a military service member, to travel through various parts of the U.S. It eventually landed her in Evergreen. Dawn and her family realized this is where their heart was and have enjoyed many summer and winter getaways over the past 3 years. She also enjoys spending time with her grandbabies and her Akita, Mila.

Dawn’s experience includes Evergreen, the Front Range, and the Denver Metro, as far south as Colorado Springs and Pueblo. She loves a challenge and looks forward to working with various types of buyers and sellers.
